Jessica Lagarde (RYT, LMT) has been teaching children's yoga in the DC metro area since 2005. Nearly two decades as a licensed massage practitioner shapes how she understands bodies in motion — how touch communicates, how movement builds strength and awareness, and what it actually feels like to learn something physical rather than just watch it demonstrated.

Jennifer Mueller (MPM, E-RYT 200, RCYT, CEIM, IBCLC) has been teaching yoga to children and families since 2008. Her background spans infant massage instruction and lactation consulting alongside children's yoga — not as separate specialties but as an integrated approach to supporting families with young children. She has taught baby yoga, toddler yoga, afterschool programs, and school day-off camps..
